Included history is rolling access, not ownership of an archive. Starter, Pro and Enterprise can separately purchase eligible older events at an exact, whole-order quote. The API can return a quote and a Stripe Checkout link; it cannot charge a saved card. A completed order has 30 days of repeat access from readiness.
One eligible, enriched official release is one billable record. Each order is priced at its total record count, not in marginal bands. Between these anchors, the total is interpolated in cents; your exact quote is shown before Checkout. Free accounts cannot buy historical orders. This offer is not open yet.

Starter adds email delivery and a seven-day window. Pro adds streaming, webhooks and a 30-day window. Enterprise adds a one-year window under a minimum 12-month agreement. Billing schedule is set by contract; the full year need not be paid upfront. Historical orders remain separately priced and all paid access remains closed for now.
